LORI J. OLSON
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Lori has been a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner for over 25 years graduating from OHSU in 1993 with a BSN and 1998 with an MN in nursing with prescriptive privileges. She initially worked for the VA in geriatric nursing acquiring medical experience before moving into psychiatry where she worked inpatient for 5 years at OHSU with the chronically mentally ill. After graduating with her Master’s degree, she then worked with Dr. Gene Stubbs, Autism Specialist at CDRC, the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center on the child developmental team where she treated and diagnosed children with Autism and other genetic syndromes. While working there for five years, she had the honor of having Dr. Stubbs as her colleague and mentor until his retirement in 2002. During that time, Lori also had a private practice while working outpatient community health at Network Behavioral Health and Lutheran Community Services. She also had a one year assignment at Portland State University in their health clinic treating students with mental health issues. Lori continues to work with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, genetic disorders and co-occurring mental illness. She is contracted with CareOregon to specifically treat this population with expertise in medication management.

Linda comes to Lori’s team with over 35 years of experience working with individuals experiencing Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. This work experience includes caregiving, residential management and administration, as well as guardianship representation. Linda has had a long acquaintance with Lori as many of the clients she has served have been treated by Lori. Throughout the years, Linda has referred clients to Lori’s practice. As a result of this background, Linda takes great pleasure in working with Lori, and continuing to see many individuals she knows. Linda also enjoys meeting new people, and helping others to access Lori’s services. Linda’s interests include photography, hiking, boating, and fishing.

Sienna is a marketing professional living and working in New York City. She has been a member of Lori's team for 12 years as an administrative assistant and now provides technical and website support. Sienna is passionate about making a difference in the world and plans to do so through her career and her actions. In her spare time, Sienna enjoys watching Hulu, eating, dancing, reading, and relaxing.
